The focus was on control in this one Michelin star restaurant. Light, texture, and composition were used to highlight the intensity of the ingredients and the atmosphere of the space. Nothing overworked. Nothing excessive. Chef portraits, completed dishes, and sommelier moments were captured with clarity and restraint, allowing the product and people to lead.
