A commercial interview project for a two Michelin star restaurant in Dubai, centered around Yannick Alléno, one of the most decorated chefs in the world. The objective was to capture both the process and the perspective behind the cuisine.

Creative Approach
The focus was on authenticity and precision. Following Yannick Alléno and his team through the kitchen, the content captures dishes as they come to life, alongside the discipline and structure behind them. The interview element adds depth, bringing forward his philosophy, experience, and approach to craft. Every frame is intentional, built to reflect both mastery and mentorship.
